Join Carly Red, your host, and her co-host, the brilliant and gentle therapist, Dr. Kevin Skinner, as together we all work to strengthen human connection and mental health in today’s growing youth.
Carly Runia Red
Carly Runia Red has been with Noble Health and its roots since 2012. As spouse and sidekick to W. Eric Red (CEO and manager of Noble Health), Carly and Eric together, have sought to tackle the tough stuff— From addiction recovery, sexual trauma, and now reaching deep into the current mental health crisis to deliver the best treatments, answers, and most widespread relief as possible. Using modern tools to increase skills for real and meaningful human connection has become their specialty and motivation.
Carly is mother to 4 children: 2 teens, 1 tween, and a 7 year old. She has long worked and consulted in content development, with her own specialty in words and messaging. She loves sharing good food (smothered in way too much sriracha), good literature, good poetry and she can sometimes be found running around or skiing atop mountains.
Dr. Kevin Skinner
Dr. Kevin Skinner is a licensed Marriage and Family therapist. He has been doing therapy, writing books, and researching how to be great in relationships for over 28 years. Dr. Skinner is committed to helping couples thrive in their relationship. He is also passionate about teaching parents how to connect with their children so they can have the best relationship possible. He believes our society is only as strong as our relationships.
Dr. Skinner is a trainer for the International Institute of Addiction and Trauma Professionals (IITAP). He has had the privilege of working with therapists all over the world. He is also a lead content creator for the website parentguidance.org.
